Technical Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for systems and webs administration troubleshooting, and usage monitoring
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users
  • Assist to troubleshoot and provide users with technical support
  • Provide support to our end user via forum and emails.

Requirements

  • Certified education in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalentRequired skill(s): Linux, PHP, MySQL.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in cloud application environment will be added advantage
  • Good communication skill
