Q: Must I register as a member?
A: Yes, you will need to sign up before you can use the platform. Once you sign up, you are also automatically a community member in Joomware. We do not charge membership fee.

Q: Where do I start?
A: You can immediately create a site and play around with it or see Take a Tour to understand how Joomware works.

Q: What is in the Apps Store?
A: The apps store has applications that can be integrated to your site. There are some free apps and some paid apps in it. All the applications are tested and certified free from conflict with one another, so you can install all of them in the same site without worries.

Q: What is Joomware Community?
A: The community consists of different user groups with same interest on Joomware and Joomla framework. All users of Joomware are   automatically a member of this community. 

Q: How can I be a member?
A: If you have sign up to use Joomware platform, you can use the same login details to sign in. You can also be a member of the community without using the platform. Sign up at www.joomware.com/join-community 

Q: What does the community do?
A: The community is a place where you get to socialize and share experience with other members. There are a lot of community activities organized by the host (Joomware) for the members throughout the year. You can also get advice and guidance by posting in the forum. Members will also get special privilege to access to any seminars, trainings and events we organize. 

Q: Am I obliged to attend all activities once I am a member?
A: Nope, you are not obliged to attend every activity that is organized for the community. It is not compulsory and you choose what you want to achieve through the community. 

Q: How about my privacy as a member?
A: We have very strict privacy policy, and we do not reveal any of your information unless agreed by yourself. You can set your privacy settings in our Joomware lounge so you have total control on what others can view in your profile. 

Q: What's the fee for the community?
A: There is no membership fee imposed. Our objective with this community is to nurture the open source spirit of sharing. We appreciate if every member is active and willing to share their experience with each other. That will be the reward for us.
