Joomware.com was published this morning. In fact, we publish the site to do some final testing before announcing it in Facebook. Surprisingly, while doing testing we already have members signing up. We are very happy because these members are open source enthusiast.

Unfortunately, we have some problems with the applications we use within Joomware. The social network component needed some update, and there was some technical issue within it. We had to troubleshoot ourselves and fix the bug because the members are signing up already so we want the trouble to be fixed as soon as possible.

IT, is a field that you cannot always predict the outcome. Same happened to us today. Our server was not stable as well when we first open for registration so we had no choice but to bring down the website and contact our server administrator to overcome the issue. We managed to bring the site up again after 2 hours and it has been running well.

A new product/software is never perfect. We welcome all kinds of feedback or even critics on Joomware. With all these, we will be able to identify the problem and better improve ourselves. So, feel free to drop us a note in the forum (Suggestion to Improve or Ideabox).
